Jose Bernachea has managed my properties for the last 2 years. Since he has taken over management my rents have increased 40% on 1 and 30% on the other. The tenants have been problem free. Jose also performs the yearly inspections, informs me of any problems and corrects them accordingly. I receive all the rents on time every month for all properties.
