The rent to own program is a two-year program
Renters/Buyers will need to be able to qualify for a mortgage in two years
Rent will be 1.1% of the purchase price of the home
3% of the purchase price is required as a deposit and it will be applied toward the sale
The final price of the home is pre-determined: 7% appreciation per year added to agreed purchase price
Renters/Buyers are responsible for all repairs up to $400 per occurence
Minimum purchase price of the home is $70,000
Process takes approximately 60 - 90 days to complete

Buyers will need to qualify through the following:

A credit report
Background checks
Verification of income
Rental application
